Refund Policy

At XAMTA INFOTECH, we strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our services and solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided.

1. Consulting and Development Services

Due to the nature of our consulting, ERP implementation, and AI development services, all sales are generally final. We bill based on time, materials, and deliverables. Once development work has commenced or consultation time has been provided, refunds are generally not issued for those specific hours or completed deliverables.

2. Subscription and Hosting Services

If you are unsatisfied with our managed hosting or SaaS subscription products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle (monthly or annual) once it has been paid, unless otherwise stated in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Defective Deliverables

In the rare event that a software deliverable fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications documented in the Statement of Work (SOW), we will dedicate resources to correct the defect at no additional cost. If we are fundamentally unable to deliver the promised solution, a partial or full refund may be negotiated in good faith.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, please contact your account manager directly or email our billing department. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
