Return Policy

As a B2B technology consulting and software engineering firm, XAMTA INFOTECH primarily provides intangible digital goods and professional services. Therefore, our Return Policy differs significantly from retail or e-commerce businesses that deal in physical products.

1. Digital Products and Software Licenses

Any software licenses, custom modules, API integrations, or digital assets purchased directly from us are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, or deployed to your environment. We strongly encourage all clients to thoroughly review specifications and demonstrations prior to purchase.

2. Hardware and Third-Party Equipment

In instances where XAMTA INFOTECH procures physical hardware (e.g., servers, biometric devices, or IoT sensors) on behalf of a client as part of an ERP rollout, returns are subject to the original manufacturer's or distributor's return policy. We will assist you in facilitating an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process if the hardware arrives defective.

3. Defective Digital Goods

If a digital product or custom module is found to contain critical bugs or defects that prevent it from functioning as described in the official documentation, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will repair the defect at no additional charge.

4. Process for Claims

All claims for defective goods (digital or physical) must be submitted in writing through our official support portal or via email to your account representative.
