XAMTA INFOTECH provides ERP consulting, AI automation, and related software engineering services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
4. Termination
XAMTA INFOTECH reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or pause services without any advance notice in the case of violation of these Terms or related contractual agreements.
5. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
